3-Day NCCA Entry Course
Including Your First Year’s Membership Worth Over £322!
Take this three-day course at Alltec, pass the entrance exam and successfully apply — and we’ll cover your first year’s NCCA membership. Price includes the NCCA exam fee and application fee. Other joining criteria apply; visit the NCCA website for full details.
What the three days cover:
- Hands-on Carpet Cleaning — fibre and soiling identification, correct cleaning methods from HWE to encapsulation, cleaning tools, basic stain removal and stain protection.
- Hands-on Upholstery Cleaning — fabric and fibre identification, equipment available, correct cleaning methods, dry soil removal and fabric protection.
- Hands-on Spot & Stain Removal — identifying fabric, fibre, dyes and finishing agents, the importance of pH, in-depth stain identification, effective removal and fibre protection.
Instructor: Paul Pearce
This course is run by Paul Pearce, one of the most knowledgeable and experienced instructors in the industry. He draws on real-world examples throughout to make sure every process is clearly understood.
NCCA exam process
The exam is taken at the end of the third day. Results are sent for marking and processed by the NCCA office within 2–3 weeks. Upon passing and successfully receiving an invitation to join, Alltec will cover your first year’s membership fee. To claim, you must apply within 30 days of the exam date and inform the NCCA that you trained at Alltec.
Small groups, maximum learning
Attendance is limited to just 12 trainees per course, ensuring everyone gets hands-on time with the equipment and all questions get answered. As this is a practical course, please wear work appropriate clothing — everything else is provided.

- All three days must be paid for in advance — price includes exam fee and application fee.
- The exam must be taken and passed in order to apply for NCCA membership.
- To claim your free first year’s membership, you must apply within 30 days of the exam and inform the NCCA you are an Alltec trainee.
- This offer cannot be used with training school packages or free training days included with machine quotations.
- No refunds or alternative offers will be made upon examination failure. One re-sit is offered within 3 months, by prior arrangement, at an additional exam fee.
