Directions for Use
| Application Method | Use |
|---|---|
| Heavy Contamination | Use neat where urine contamination is heavy or has dried into the fibres or surface. |
| Light Treatment | Dilute 1:1 with water for lighter surface treatment or general urine odour control. |
| Spray and Blot | Apply to the affected area, allow suitable dwell time, then blot with a clean white towel. |
| Pre-Treatment Before Extraction | For heavier contamination, apply as a pre-treatment before hot water extraction. |
- Always pre-test for colour-fastness and surface suitability before use.
- Use neat for heavy urine contamination or dilute 1:1 for lighter treatment.
- Apply directly to the affected area, ensuring the contaminated area is adequately treated.
- Allow suitable dwell time, then blot with a clean white towel or extract where required.
- For severe contamination, treat the backing, underlay or porous surface if the urine has penetrated below the surface.
Important
Always test for colour-fastness and suitability before use, especially on wool, delicate fibres, rugs and sensitive dyes.
Old urine stains may have permanently altered or bleached the fibre dye and may not be fully removable.
Do not mix with chlorine bleach, strong alkaline products or incompatible cleaning agents. Follow the product label and safety data sheet for safe handling.
For severe odours, the source of contamination may be below the carpet surface and may require deeper treatment or extraction.
