A one-day, hands-on training school designed to teach all levels of technicians the correct way to identify and clean carpets.
You will learn:
- how to identify your fibres
- how to identify different types of soiling
- the correct way to clean
- different cleaning methods; from HWE to encapsulation
- the different types of cleaning tools available
- basic stain removal
- stain protection
- and more!
Our instructor, Paul Pearce, is one of the most knowledgable and informative instructors in the industry. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience which he uses as examples to make sure that you understand the processes that he is demonstrating.
We have a maximum attendance of 10 people per school to ensure that each delegate will be able to use the equipment and have all their questions answered. As this is a hands-on school you will need to bring work clothes or overalls.

The schools run from 9am-5pm and tea/coffee/snacks and lunch are included.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations 8 days before the start of the school: You will be offered a credit on account of the full cost of the school or a place on the next training school. Cancellations 7-3 days before the start of the school: You will be offered a credit on account for the cost of the school less £10 or a place on the next training school plus a £10 charge. Cancellations 3 days or less before the school: You will be charged 50% of the school value, not including any discounts or promotional offers. No shows: The full cost of the school will be charged, not including any discounts or promotional offers. No refund, credit or transfer of school will be issued.
